The level at which the team practices speaks for itself, appearing in cases from the First-tier Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber to the summit of the European Court of Justice and in the Supreme Court. Many of the leading judgments have been in cases where the appellant was represented by a member of this team.

Our highly skilled practitioners appear regularly before both the First-tier and the Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, the High Court and the Court of Appeal and in recent years appeared in several high-profile Supreme Court cases on issues of international importance both in an immigration and human rights context. For example, in respect of the rules relating to the Pre-Entry English language requirement and the Minimum Income Requirement for foreign spouse and partners, and the rights of residence for British and EEA nationals following the Brexit result.
