Prior to joining chambers, Naomh acted as an employed advocate with a civil and regulatory practice prosecuting cases of serious professional misconduct for the Teaching Regulation Agency across a range of allegations, including those involving fraud, sexual misconduct, and non-accidental injury of children. Naomh has also acted for both claimant pupils and parents and defendant schools and governing bodies in Children and Families Act and Equality Act claims on the basis of gender and race discrimination and disability.
Naomh is undertaking a mixed common law pupillage under the supervision of Trevor Berriman and is accepting instructions as a second six pupil from 6 July 2020 onwards.
