He is known for his thorough preparation and has earned a strong professional reputation before judges across the Midlands Circuit.

Family Law

Simon regularly represents clients in private law children proceedings. He combines a pragmatic approach with firm and effective advocacy, always keeping the welfare of the child at the forefront.

He appears at all stages of proceedings, including FHDRA and DRAs, pre-trial reviews, fact-finding hearings and contested final hearings. Simon also represents both applicants and respondents in Family Law Act injunction applications and has successfully pursued and defended committal proceedings arising from family cases.

He understands that family proceedings can be particularly stressful for clients and is committed to providing clear guidance and steady representation throughout.

He approaches immigration cases with care and attention to detail, recognising the profound personal impact these matters can have on individuals and families.

Outside of practice, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and maintains a keen interest in a variety of sports.
