Harry undertakes a wide range of civil and commercial work having gained extensive experience of civil litigation including credit hire, debt recovery, personal injury and consumer credit.
In recent years Harry has focused on Consumer Credit cases and as a member of Halcyon’s well respected Consumer Credit Team, has worked extensively defending PPI cases. Harry primarily works for a number of leading UK banks in defending against PPI claims, with a particular focus on Plevin Commission claims.
Most recently Harry, as part of Halcyon’s Motor Finance Team, has become involved in defending motor finance claims.
