Inderjit was educated at Tettenhall College, Wolverhampton and De Montford University. After attending the University of Law, Chester, he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in March 1985.
Inderjit has practised Family Law throughout his entire legal career specialising in Public and Private Law Children Proceedings at all levels of allocation within the Family Court. In the former, he regularly represents Local Authorities, Children and, Parents including those assisted by the Official Solicitor together with wider family member involved in such proceedings
Furthermore, he has extensive experience in ancillary relief work and financial provision cases with a wide spectrum of matrimonial assets.
In 2009 he was authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to exercise Higher Rights of Audience and thereafter he practised as a Solicitor Advocate until his transfer to the Bar.
Inderjit was called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn on 13th October 2016.
He is happy to undertake both publicly funded and private cases. In addition, he is authorised to accept instructions on a Direct Access basis.
