Immigration & Asylum
Ineza has experience in working in all areas of immigration, asylum, EU and nationality law. She advises and represents in all types of immigration and asylum cases and has an interest in nationality law. She appears frequently before the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal for clients in both immigration and asylum cases. She undertakes work on a private and publicly-funded basis. Her expertise covers representation in court, the drafting of urgent grounds of appeal and renewed applications before the High Court.
Credit Hire | Personal Injury
Following Ineza’s call to the Bar in 2008, Ineza has accepted instructions on behalf of insurers, and has been frequently instructed in claims involving road traffic accidents and credit hire. Counsel has significant experience in representing both Claimant and Defendants in Trials and interim Application Hearings.
Ineza practises in Birmingham and West Midlands generally but is happy to travel off-circuit.
Ineza speaks Urdu and Punjabi.
