Practice Areas: Family

Paige specialises in Family Law, including Private Law Children cases and non-molestation matters. She has conducted contested hearings, including multi day fact-finding hearings and final hearings. She has also represented parents at case management hearings in Public Law Children (care) cases.

Paige completed pupillage at Halcyon Chambers under the supervision of Suzanne Hodgkiss. Prior to joining Chambers, Paige gained significant experience in this practice area. She worked with victims of domestic abuse who were going through private family proceedings as a Family Legal assistant. Paige also assisted on public law cases as a Care Paralegal, within this role Paige attended court with vulnerable clients alongside counsel to assist in supporting the clients and to aide counsel, utilising her extensive knowledge of the cases. She regularly took instructions from clients and drafted their statements in support of their case.

During the Bar Course, Paige volunteered at BPP Legal Advice Clinic which covered multiple areas of law, particularly family. Before and during attending the Bar Course, Paige gained extensive experience within the hospitality industry, working her way up to management level.

Outside of her professional life, Paige enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, as well as having a keen interest in football, having played football with her local teams since 2018.
